Pilz PILZ-570813 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes a variety of functions such as an illuminated push-button for activating the safety gate, a key button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, three additional illuminated push-buttons, and an E-stop sensing device equipped with pushbuttons, color cap, escape release bar, and an actuator suitable for both right or left hinged gates. This product operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, three illuminated push buttons, one E-stop, one key switch, plus an actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions of this part are W200mm x H555mm x L108mm, and it has an IP54 degree of protection against dust and water splashes. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W, operating in a power-to-unlock mode. It features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for connectivity and integration into safety systems.
