Pilz PILZ-570802 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes three push-buttons: an illuminated button for activating the safety gate, a non-illuminated button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an emergency stop button equipped with color caps and an escape release bar, suitable for both right or left hinged gates. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, one illuminated push button, one non-illuminated push button, and one section stop push button switch plus actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions of this device are W200mm x H465mm x L108mm, and it is protected to a degree of IP54 against dust and splashing water. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W, operating in a power-to-unlock mode. It features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety integration.
