Pilz PILZ-570678 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking mechanisms. It features an expanded diagnostic function for series connection and allows for the teaching-in of other actuators. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is designed with a standard actuator, fully coded switch, and extended diagnostic function. It connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector and measures W45mm x H172mm x L44mm. The PILZ-570678 offers a degree of protection of IP67 and requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc. Constructed from PBT material, it has a sensing distance of 15mm (Sao) and a power consumption of 7.2 W. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA).
