PILZ-570578 Pilz Safety Switches

Pilz PILZ-570578 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking applications. It features an add-on function that allows it to switch safe semiconductor outputs when the gate is closed, independent of guard locking. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is designed with a standard actuator, fully coded switch, and extended diagnostic function. It connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector and has dimensions of W45mm x H122mm x L44mm. The PILZ-570578 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc. Constructed from PBT material, it has a sensing distance of 15mm (Sao) and a power consumption of 4.8 W. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA).
