PILZ-570570 Pilz Safety Switches

Pilz PILZ-570570 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking applications. It features a standard actuator with unique coding and switch safe semiconductor outputs that activate when the gate is closed, independent of guard locking. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector. With dimensions of W45mm x H122mm x L44mm and an IP67 degree of protection, it is built for durability. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it is constructed from PBT material. The sensing distance is 15mm (Sao), and it has a power consumption of 4.8 W. Additionally, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA) for enhanced functionality.
