Product description
Pilz PILZ-506228 is a non-contact door switch designed for complete magnetic safety switching. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is suitable for act series connection for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch is pre-wired with a 20cm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin M8 connector. It features dimensions of W12mm x H11mm x L59.1mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The switch has an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with a round actuator. It is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation. The rated voltage for switching is 24Vdc. Its housing is colored yellow. The sensing distance of the switch is 8mm (Sao) to 15mm (Sar). It includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 0 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with the contact types being 2NO (safety contact; reed) + 1NO (auxiliary contact).
