Pilz PILZ-504228 is a non-contact door switch designed for magnetic safety applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70°C and features a design suitable for actuator protective cap series connection for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch has a rated current of 0.5A for the safety-contact maximum current and comes pre-wired with a 10m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. Its dimensions are W26mm x H36mm x L13mm, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. The square switch and actuator are housed in yellow PBT, with PUR cable insulation, ensuring durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and offers a sensing distance between 8mm (Sao) and 26mm (Sar). The PILZ-504228 includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts with a contact type of 2NO (safety contact; reed) and does not include Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
