Pilz PILZ-400453 is an emergency push-button designed for wall mounting with a surface mount housing that includes symbol and logo inscription. This push-button features an E-stop function and comes with a contact block set. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 °C and has a net height of 72 mm. The head diameter is 55mm with an installation diameter of 22.3mm. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), a minimum contact current of 1mA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The connection is made through screw-type terminal connections. This part is IP65 protected, has a round red button made from AgNi contact material, and measures 103 mm in width and 72 mm in depth. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to release. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -50 to +85 °C. The PILZ-400453 includes 1 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contact and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, plus 1 NO signal contact. It has a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is designed for up to 20,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
