Panasonic HG-C1030-P is a micro-laser (Class 2) distance triangulation sensor/transmitter designed for precise distance measurement with a center of 30mm. It features a red light with a wavelength of 655 nm and a beam diameter of 50µm (0.05mm). The sensor is housed in die-cast aluminium, ensuring durability, and comes pre-wired with a 2m 5-core composite cable with bare end flying leads for easy integration. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +45 °C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. The HG-C1030-P is equipped with one analog output (0-5Vdc / 4-20mA), consuming 40mA at 24Vdc or 65mA at 12Vdc. Additionally, it features one digital input (24Vdc PNP external input) and one digital output (24Vdc PNP open-collector), supporting a sensing distance between 25mm and 35mm.
