BE-A201 Panasonic Level Sensors

Panasonic BE-A201 is a sensor designed for detecting liquid levels, specifically tailored for use with 2mm diameter tubes. It employs an optical bubble liquid level sensing mechanism. The housing of the sensor is made from PBT, while the tube holder is constructed from polyamide, ensuring compatibility with various environments. It comes pre-wired with a 1-meter 4-core cabtyre cable, which terminates in bare flying leads for easy integration into existing systems. The sensor operates effectively within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 degrees Celsius. It features a single digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for signal transmission. The BE-A201 operates at a wavelength of 855 nm and has a current consumption of 15mA (0.015 A). For ease of use, it includes an orange LED as a visual position indicator that illuminates in the absence of liquid, and it utilizes infrared (IR) light for its sensing operations.
