About the product

Anybus by HMS Networks AB7862-F is a gateway within the X-gateway series designed to function as a protocol translator. This part facilitates vertical or flat installation and features galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. Configuration is managed via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. It is designed as a CC-Link slave and DeviceNet adapter, equipped with 8 configuration switches, 2 station address switches (x10 / x1), and 1 baud rate switch. The gateway includes 10 LED indicators for fieldbus/sub-network/device status. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, and connection types include a 5-pin plug-in connector for DeviceNet, a 5-pin CC-Link connector, a 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and a USB connector (X4). It offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and is mounted via DIN rail. The communication protocols supported are CC-Link and DeviceNet. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -25 to +65°C, with a current consumption of 400mA (24Vdc; max.) and 200mA (typical). Storage temperature ranges from -40 to +85°C. Speed capabilities are 125kbit/s, 250kbit/s, 500kbit/s for DeviceNet, and 156kbit/s to 10Mbit/s for CC-Link. It is designed to operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
