SDBF-FAS-1L-PU-K-9-N-LE Festo Position Sensors

Festo SDBF-FAS-1L-PU-K-9-N-LE is a sensor designed for position detection within the SDBF series. This sensor features a round shape with a 3.8mm diameter and a straight cable outlet that contains paint-wetting impairment substances. It operates as a proximity/magneto-resistive position sensor with a thermoplastic housing and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cable. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 3-core cable terminated with bare end flying leads, and the cable color is black. It requires a supply voltage of 6Vdc to 24Vdc, optimally at 12Vdc, and is mounted using a screw-type mount. The sensor can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C and has a degree of protection rated at NEMA 6. Its design includes a round slot shape with one digital output (PNP; 200mA) and features protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity.
