DSNU-1/2-1-P-A-B Festo Pneumatic Cylinders

Festo DSNU-1/2-1-P-A-B is a double-acting single-ended pneumatic air cylinder designed for mounting via accessories. It features a high-alloy stainless steel cylinder barrel and piston rod, with covers made from wrought aluminium alloy, and static seals constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U(PU)). This cylinder operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and offers moderate-corrosion stress resistance (CRC Class 2). Its round cylindrical shape is part of the DSNU Imperial/Inch series, adhering to ISO6432 with built-in magnet, elastic cushioning at both ends, and the capability for operation with oil lubrication. Position sensing is achievable via a proximity sensor. The cylinder uses double-acting compressed air in accordance with ISO8573-1:2010 [7;4;4] standards. It features a 10-32 UNF-2A male threaded rod and a 10-32UNF threaded pneumatic port for connections, operates at a pressure range of +1 to +10 bar, and is designed with a 1/2" bore size and a 1" stroke length.
