S18-2NAEJ-2M Description

Banner Engineering S18-2NAEJ-2M is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the S18-2 series, featuring a through-beam system with an opposed mode beam inhibit input. This sensor, functioning as an emitter alone, is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connection. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees Celsius. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The sensor's shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, capable of sensing distances up to 25m.
