R55ECW1 Banner Sensor Accessories

Banner Engineering R55ECW1 is a color registration mark sensor from the R55 Expert series, designed for ambient air temperatures ranging from -10 to +55 °C. This sensor features a convergent mode parallel sensing image with TEACH mode, and it is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring its durability in various environments. The R55ECW1 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a die-cast Zinc alloy housing with an Acrylic lens. The sensor has a sensing distance of 10mm and utilizes visible white light, with a wavelength range of 450-650 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for signal processing.
