About the product
Banner Engineering PIF26UM.12X.6 is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode ferrule end tip pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. It has a 1mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical (smooth) end tip shape. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is constructed from plastic, and the fiber sheath is made of Polyethylene (PE). The total length of the fiber is 30 feet (approximately 9 meters).
