About the product
Banner Engineering MAR4216NX485Q-85082 is a sensor from the MINI-ARRAY 2-piece models series designed for edge/profile sensing, specifically as a measuring light screen array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It features a 1057mm array length within a rectangular, aluminium housing. The sensor has a 3/4" / 19mm beam spacing/pitch and comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC pigtail that terminates with an M12 mini-style connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 16Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The ambient air temperature range for operation is from -40 to +70°C. This model offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 UL type 1 and can sense distances from 90cm up to 16.5m. It includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and has a resolution of 3/4" / 19mm, making it capable of detecting object sizes between 25.4mm and 38.1mm.
