About the product
Banner Engineering LX36R is a sensor array designed for standard-range part-sensing with a cross-hatched array, functioning as a receiver alone. It features a 914mm array length encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This rectangular sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The LX36R has a net height of 960mm, a width of 26mm, and a depth of 32mm. It operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. With an IP65 degree of protection, it offers resilience in various environmental conditions. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a sensing distance ranging from 30cm to 2m. It also features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and can detect objects as small as 9.5mm.
