About the product

Banner Engineering LX12ESR is a sensor array designed for short-range part-sensing, featuring a light screen/curtain cross-hatched array (emitter alone). It has a 295mm array length and is housed in aluminum with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This rectangular sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal). The LX12ESR measures 342mm in height, 26mm in width, and 32mm in depth. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. With a sensing distance of 100 to 200mm, it can detect objects as small as 5.6mm.
