Banner Engineering K50APFF100GRYC4Q, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device designed with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. This unit features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as nominal. It offers versatile mounting options including surface, base M30, and 1/2" NPSM thread, with a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50APFF100GRYC4Q is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation of output and sensing light (Y; Yellow) until job input is removed, and a mispick light (R; Red) activation for 5 seconds with output NO (Normally Open) touch output upon touch with inactive job input. The device features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a 100mm sensing range, and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) each for Touch and Mispick functions.
