About the product

Banner Engineering IT2.53P is a fiber sensor belonging to the Glass fiber series, designed for through-beam system / opposed mode individual fiber in-line sensing. This sensor features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made of brass, with the sensing element composed of glass fiber. It is protected by a stainless steel monocoil and encased in a PVC sheath. The fiber core has a diameter of 4mm, and the total length of the sensor is 3ft / 910mm. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +105°C.
