Banner Engineering EA5R600PIXMODQ is a sensor designed for edge detection with a robust aluminium housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile connectivity. This sensor, part of the EZ-ARRAY series, features a rectangular shape with dimensions including a 600mm array length, and is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm. With a resolution of 5mm and a sensing distance ranging from 40cm to 4m, it is specifically engineered as a measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The EA5R600PIXMODQ supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and is designed with a degree of protection of IP65, ensuring protection against dust and water jets.
