Banner Engineering EA5R450PIXMODSRQ is an edge sensor with a rectangular shape, designed for short-range measuring within the EZ-ARRAY series. It features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor offers two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. With a 450mm array length and a resolution of 5mm, it can detect objects sized between 5-10mm over a sensing distance of 30mm to 1.5m. The EA5R450PIXMODSRQ is equipped with a pre-equipped 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector, supports a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and utilizes the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. It features 90 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch and is protected to a degree of IP65, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
