EA5R300NUXMODQ Description

Banner Engineering EA5R300NUXMODQ is a sensor designed for edge detection, belonging to the EZ-ARRAY series. This sensor features an aluminium housing and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It is equipped with two analog outputs (0-10Vdc) and two digital outputs (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity options. The sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and has dimensions with a 300mm array length. It is capable of detecting objects sized between 5-10mm with a resolution of 5mm and a sensing distance ranging from 40cm to 4m. This measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone) is rectangular in shape and comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. It requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and utilizes the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. The sensor features 60 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch, enhancing its detection capabilities.
