EA5R2400PIXMODQ Banner Measurement Sensors

Banner Engineering EA5R2400PIXMODQ is a sensor designed for edge detection with a robust aluminium housing. This sensor, part of the EZ-ARRAY series, functions as a measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor and is specified as the receiver alone. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor features two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), accommodating diverse connectivity needs. With dimensions specifying a 2400mm array length, it can detect objects sized between 5-10mm within a sensing distance of 40cm to 4m. The EA5R2400PIXMODQ achieves a resolution of 5mm across 480 beams with a 5mm beam spacing/pitch. It is pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward installation and operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal).
