Banner Engineering BT2.8S, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system and bifurcated fiber in-line sensing. It features a brass sensing end, glass fiber, and a stainless steel monocoil. The sensor has a 3.2mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical shape with a threaded end tip. Its length is 0.8ft / 243mm, and it is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
