About the product
Banner Engineering BMRL616A is a sensor designed for edge detection, part of the MINI-ARRAY 3-piece models series. This measuring light screen array edge/profile sensor functions as a receiver alone, requiring a 12Vdc supply voltage. It features a 143mm array length and is constructed with an aluminium housing for durability. The sensor is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 mini-style connector for easy connection. Its rectangular shape is designed to fit a variety of installations, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C. The BMRL616A includes 1 x digital output (NPN/PNP transistor) and has a beam spacing/pitch of 3/4" / 19mm, with a resolution to match. It is capable of sensing objects within a distance of 90cm to 16.5m and can detect object sizes between 25.4 and 38.1mm.
