Banner Engineering BAT23S, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system. It features a flexible, bifurcated fiber with side/right-angled sensing for versatile installation options. The sensing end is made of brass, while the fiber itself is encased in stainless flexible tubing for durability. With a 3.2mm diameter fiber core, this sensor has a cylindrical (threaded) end tip and measures 3ft / 910mm in length. It is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
