Banner Engineering T18SP6R is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the T18 series. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic with a polycarbonate lens. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable ending in bare end flying leads. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for threaded mount installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18SP6R offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environments. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor). The sensing distance is up to 20m, utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 950 nm. It has a quick response time of 3ms / 0.003 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
