857-801 Description

Wago 857-801 is an analog transducer designed for temperature signal conditioning. It operates on a supply voltage range of 16.8-26.4Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and does not require an AC supply voltage. This part features push-in CAGE CLAMP spring connections for secure and easy wiring, and its configuration can be adjusted via software or app using a DIP switch interface. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The 857-801 supports a variety of input and output configurations, including 1 x analog input for RTD Pt100 / Pt200 / Pt500 / Pt1000 / Resistor ranging from 0-1kΩ to 0-4.5kΩ and 1 x analog output options (0-10mA / 2-10mA / 0-20mA / 4-20mA / 0-5Vdc / 1-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc / 2-10Vdc). It has a maximum continuous operating voltage and a control voltage specified for DC operations. The device is IP20 rated, indicating protection against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but not against liquids. It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail, with dimensions of H94mm x W6mm x D97.8mm, and can accommodate up to five modules per row in a system. The operating humidity range is 5-95% RH, with no condensation permitted.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
