788-152 Description

Wago 788-152 is a replacement plug-in basic relay designed for various automation applications. It features an electromechanical design with a rated current of 8A continuous, 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and a 15A AC inrush maximum current for 4 seconds. The relay offers Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) contacts with a resistance of 2C/O, recommended for a minimum switching load of 12V / 10mA. It operates within an ambient air temperature range for storage of -40°C to +85°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP40. The control voltage is specified at 12Vdc, with a rated voltage for AC operations at 250Vac max. and a mounting mode of 2-poles (2P). The relay's dimensions are H15.7mm x W12.7mm x D29mm, and it comes in a plug-in color design. The contacts are made from Silver-Nickel (AgNi 90/10) for enhanced conductivity. The relay's operating speed includes a rated operating voltage (Ue) with contacts closing in 8ms and opening in 6ms, supporting up to 10,000 phase-to-phase operations and a durability of 30,000,000 operations for power dissipation/losses.

UBC10.241

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
