RI-96HA3T-2F800-H1181 Description
Turck RI-96HA3T-2F800-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange with torque stop mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft flange with torque stop optical sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, falling under the Type RI-96 series. It has dimensions of H80mm x W68mm x D50mm with a 2" casing diameter and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc, with a frequency of 300kHz pulse frequency. The encoder is constructed from rugged stainless steel housing, stainless steel 1.4305 (303) for the shaft, flange, and connector, along with a fluoropolymer elastomer seal. It features a 1/2" hollow shaft bore and provides 1 x digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc). Protection functions include short-circuit and magnetic field proofing. The maximum rotational speed is 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia of 1.8 x 10-6kg.m2 and a resolution of 800ppr (pulses/revolution). Current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
