RI-43H42E2-1B1024-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43H42E2-1B1024-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft C-Face tether flange optical sensing design. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity and belongs to the Type RI-43 series. It has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers an IP65 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 10Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc-24Vdc, and it supports a 300kHz pulse frequency. Constructed with a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and aluminium flange, it features a 42mm hollow shaft bore. The encoder provides 1 x digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc), includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection functions, and can handle a maximum rotational speed of 6000rpm. Its moment of inertia is less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, with a resolution of 1024ppr (pulses/revolution), and a current consumption of 55mA with no load.
