RI-43H20S4-1B1000-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43H20S4-1B1000-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange mounting with a long anti-rotation spring. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft flange with optical sensing for precise measurements. This encoder is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. Part of the Type RI-43 series, it has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm and a casing diameter of 100mm. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is suitable for demanding environments. The supply voltage ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and it can generate a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. Constructed from die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange, it features a 20mm hollow shaft bore. The encoder offers one digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc) and includes protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. It supports a maximum rotational speed of 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, and provides a resolution of 1000ppr (pulses/revolution). The current consumption is 55mA with no load.
