RI-12HA1T-2K2000-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-12HA1T-2K2000-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for compact applications, featuring a through hollow shaft flange with torque stop for mounting and optical sensing for operation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This encoder falls under the Type RI-12 series and has a 2" casing diameter. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and supports a supply voltage range of 5Vdc to 30Vdc, including 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc options. The encoder has a 300kHz pulse frequency and is constructed with a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, butyl rubber shaft seal, stainless steel disc table, and stainless steel packing ring. The bore size is 3/8" for the hollow shaft, and it features 1 x digital output (push-pull; 7272 compatible; 5Vdc-30Vdc). Protection functions include short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic field proof, and reverse polarity. It can handle a rotational speed up to 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia of 6 x 10-6kg.m2, and offers a resolution of 2000ppr (pulses/revolution). The current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
