Turck PS250R-301-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with programmable relative pressure capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. As part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 180Hz, and it is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +250bar (0 to +3625psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings range from 0-50.
