PS010V-303-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010V-303-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS300 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. This model is equipped with a 1.5" male NPT sanitary diaphragm seal and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It includes a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connections. The sensor offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, it also features a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The pressure range is -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi), and it can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It supports IO-Link communication protocol and can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor has two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Its response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a measurement accuracy of set point accuracy +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy ≤+/-0.5% FS, response time <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of measuring range/°C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it features time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings from 0-50.
