LI25P1-QR14-LIU5X2 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI25P1-QR14-LIU5X2 is a compact contactless linear inductive positioning sensor from the Q-track QR14 series, designed with a captive positioning element. It features dimensions of H14mm x W49mm x D54mm, a rectangular shape, and is housed in a polycarbonate PBT-GF30-V0 material. This encoder is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads and offers protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. The encoder is rated with a degree of protection of IP68 and IP69K, and it has a stroke length that includes a 17mm blind zone (a), a 7.5mm blind zone (b), a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 25mm measurement span. It provides 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 12-bit resolution), consumes 50mA current, and has a 700Hz sampling rate. The measurement accuracy is detailed with a 12-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.007mm / 7μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.025% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.01% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 1% of full scale linearity deviation. Additionally, it includes a visual position indicator with a green LED for multifunction and power ON status, and offers a resolution of 12-bit.
