LI1750P0-Q25LM0-ELIU5X3-H1151 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI1750P0-Q25LM0-ELIU5X3-H1151 is an encoder (linear) from the Q-track Q25 series, designed as a contactless linear inductive positioning sensor with increased resolution. It features dimensions of H35mm x W25mm x D1808mm, with a rectangular shape and is constructed from an aluminium / plastic PA6-GF30 anodized housing, with both the active area and sensing face made of plastic PA6-GF30. This part is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. The supply voltage required is 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, with a stroke length that includes a 29mm blind zone at both ends, a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 1750mm / 1.75m measurement span. The encoder offers 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 16-bit resolution), consumes 50mA of current, and has a 5kHz / 5000Hz sampling rate. Its measurement accuracy includes a 16-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.027mm / 27μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.02% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.003% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.1% of full scale linearity deviation. Visual position indicators are provided by green / yellow / yellow flashing LED (multifunction) and a green LED for power ON, with a resolution of 16-bit.
