FTCI-1/2D10A4P-LI-UP8X-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FTCI-1/2D10A4P-LI-UP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for inline flow and temperature monitoring, belonging to the FTCI series. This part features a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel tubing. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and two 1/2" Swagelok threaded process ports with a 10mm inline diameter. The sensor offers protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can measure flow rates from 0.5 to 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for water, withstand pressures up to 20 bar (290 psi), and operates with a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The medium temperature range is -10 to +70°C, while the ambient air temperature for operation ranges from 0°C to +60°C. It has an IP65 degree of protection, features one analog output (4-20mA), and consumes 100mA / 0.1A of current. Additionally, it has one digital output (10.8-30Vdc; PNP) and a response time of 2-15 seconds at startup and 500ms - 3s / 0.5-3 s during normal operation. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A.
