Turck BLCDP-8M12LT-8XSG-P-8XSG-P is a digital block remote I/O module within the BL compact series designed for remote I/O control. It features an auxiliary power design for PROFIBUS-DP in a large housing. The module operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and is encased in a fiberglass reinforced nylon housing with nickel-plated brass connectors. It offers connectivity through 8 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for I.O. ports, 2 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 5-pin M12 male and female connectors for voltage supply. This part is designed for surface mounting and provides an IP67 and IP69K degree of protection, making it suitable for challenging environments. It supports the PROFIBUS DP communication protocol and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The module's dimensions are 168 mm in height, 44.5 mm in depth, and 71 mm in width. It has a connection capacity of 8-ports and features 16 x digital inputs (PNP), which can also be configured as 16DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA each.
