Turck BI5-EG18-AZ3X/CS15069 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-EG18 series, designed for embeddable installation. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The shape of the sensor is an M18 fully threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection of IP67. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor has one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire), a sensing distance of 5mm, and an M18 thread size. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
