BCF15-K34-RZ3X Description
Turck BCF15-K34-RZ3X is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch within the BC...-K34 series, designed for noise-immune embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). The sensor features a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and sensing face, along with a PVC cable jacket. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is a 34mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel, and it offers a degree of protection of IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BCF15-K34-RZ3X includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.) and operates in a normally closed (NC) mode with a sensing distance of 15mm.
