XCSTR853 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSTR853 is a safety limit switch with rotary movement and slow break functionality. It falls under the XCSTR sub-range and is designed with a stainless steel spindle and a fibre glass body. This part features two 1/2" NPT cable entries for connections and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 operations mechanically at no load and has the same electrical durability with load at 240Vac/250Vdc. The XCSTR853 is equipped with three poles and three Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. Its rated insulation voltage stands at 400 V for UL and 300 V, with a control circuit rated current of 3 A at 240Vac (AC-15) and 0.27 A at 250Vdc (DC-13). The operating temperature range of this safety limit switch spans from -25 °C to 70 °C, and it requires an operating torque of 0.1 N.m.
