Telemecanique XCSLF3737412 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock applications, featuring limit switch locking on de-energization and unlocking on energization with a break before make/slow break function. It is part of the XCSLF sub-range and is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This part offers three M20 cable entries for connections and provides a high degree of protection rated at IP66 and IP67. It is capable of enduring 1,000,000 operations mechanically at no load and has a 3-pole configuration. The control voltage is compatible with both 24 Vac and 24 Vdc systems. It includes 1 Normally Open (NO) and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with rated insulation voltages of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. The visual position indicator features an orange LED for guard opening and a green LED for guard locking. The control circuit's rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15) and 100mA / 0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13), with similar ratings for other specified use cases. It operates within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and has an electrical durability of 1,000,000 operations with load at 240Vac/250Vdc. The latching type is a solenoid locking mechanism (2NC+1NO break before make contact) complemented by a trigger action 40mm diameter turn-to-release reset mushroom pushbutton.
