Telemecanique XCSLF3535412 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock applications, featuring limit switch locking on de-energization and unlocking on energization with a break before make/slow break function. It is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This part offers three M20 cable entries for connections and is rated for an impulse voltage of 4 kV. It provides a high degree of protection with ratings of IP66 and IP67, and it is capable of enduring 1,000,000 mechanical operations at no load. The XCSLF3535412 operates with a 3 Pole configuration and supports a control voltage of 24 Vac and 24 Vdc. It includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with a rated insulation voltage of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. A visual position indicator is provided through an orange LED for guard opening and a green LED for guard locking. The control circuit's rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15) and 100mA / 0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13).
