Telemecanique XCSLF2525312 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock applications, featuring a limit switch that locks on de-energization and unlocks on energization with a break before make/slow break function. It has a rated impulse voltage of 4 kV and is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body. This part offers three M20 cable entries for connections and is rated at IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress. It is designed for mechanical durability of up to 1,000,000 operations at no load and has 2 poles. The control voltage is compatible with both AC and DC, supporting 24/48 Vac and 24/48 Vdc respectively. It includes 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with a rated insulation voltage of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. The visual position indicator features an orange LED for guard opening and a green LED for guard locking.
