XCSLE3737512 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSLE3737512 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock applications, featuring limit switch locking on energization and unlocking on de-energization with a break before make/slow break function. It has a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 4 kV and is constructed from plastic for both the head and body. This part offers three M20 cable entries for connections and provides a high degree of protection with ratings of IP66 and IP67. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability and has a 3 Pole configuration. The control voltage is compatible with both 24 Vac and 24 Vdc systems. It includes 1 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contact and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. The visual position indicator features an Orange LED for guard opening and a Green LED for guard locking. The control circuit rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15) and 100mA / 0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13), with similar ratings for 240Vac (C300) and 250Vdc (R300). It operates within a temperature range of -25 °C to 70 °C and has an electrical durability of 1,000,000 operations with load at 240Vac/250Vdc. The latching type is a solenoid locking mechanism with 2NC+1NO break before make contact.
