XCSA503 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSA503 is a safety lock designed for industrial applications, featuring a key safety switch/lock with break before make/slow break functions. It is part of the XCSA sub-range and is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This part offers a connection type of 1/2" NPT cable entry and provides a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 mechanical operations at no load and has an electrical durability of 50,000,000 operations at 240Vac/250Vdc with load. The XCSA503 includes 3 poles, 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact. It is rated for an impulse voltage of 6 kV and an insulation voltage of 400 V. The control circuit is rated for a current of 3 A at 240Vac (AC-15 and A300). This safety lock operates within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C.
