XCC2514TS81SG Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC2514TS81SG is an absolute encoder designed for precise position tracking through a single turn. This encoder features a base made of aluminium, a shaft constructed from stainless steel 303 / AISI 303, and a case crafted from Zamak, ensuring durability and longevity. It offers a through / hollow shaft M23 connector (male) radial for connectivity, housed in a cylindrical shape with an IP65 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 14 mm with H7 tolerance and a case diameter of 58 mm. It provides digital outputs through an SSI (13-bit Gray) output with a sampling rate of 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz. Operating on a supply voltage range of 11-30 V DC, it boasts a resolution of 8192 pulses per revolution (13-bit). The XCC2514TS81SG is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. It can operate at rotational speeds up to 6000 rpm and withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to 90°C. The maximum radial and axial loads it can endure are 5daN / 50 N and 2daN / 20 N, respectively.
